About NESG

Built by players, for players.

NESG (Northern Esports Gaming) started in 2019 as a Discord server with forty people arguing about crosshair placement. Today we field competitive rosters across four titles, run open grassroots tournaments every month, and host a community of more than twelve thousand players.

What we stand for

• Open doors. Every roster spot is earned through open tryouts, never politics.
• Player first. Coaching, VOD review and mental health support for every signed player.
• Grassroots forever. Free-entry monthly cups so new talent always has a stage.

The organisation

We operate a full competitive pipeline: community ladders feed our academy squads, and academy players graduate onto the main rosters. Our staff includes analysts, coaches, content producers and a dedicated community team.
